THE BOOK OF SAINT GEORGE’S DAY
John was walking along the Rambles looking at some book stalls. Suddenly he found a book that was written by his ex girlfriend, obviously he bought it.
He started to read it and he realized that not only was this book a simple novel, it was his first love story. (The Three Roses)
A POLITE SITUATION
Running through the English countryside there was a donkey and there was a fox which was running away because of a hunting. Little did they know they would bump into each other. The fox, a very polite animal, said: – “I’m sorry”.
The donkey answered: – “I’m burry, nice to meet you”.

St. George’s day and Catalonia
On St. George’s day Catalan people want to show the world their feelings, traditions and their strong desire of becoming an independent nation.
The giving of books and roses not only symbolises their affection for their loved ones but also a sign of their culture and a longing for freedom.
