Today, 5-years-old students played the “splash the clothe” in the carpet. In pairs or threes, children listen to a clothe and need to look for the clothe and the correct colour. The first team who splash with the swatter, will score a point. Here you can see some videos and pictures.

Year 2 Speaking activity
Here you have a display related to how we work on oral activities in the English classroom. First of all, we work lockstep through songs, games, flashcards, and later on, students build up simple sentences. Finally, as you can observe, children work in small groups. Is it at that point when they can create simple sentences autonomously. Now, they are prepared to start with the writing phase! Children from year 2 are really motivated to start writing lots and lots of sentences in English! You can see some videos related to this process here.
Children from year 2 reading in small groups
Today we have explained the story “A New House for the 3 Bears” to year 2 students. They loved the story because they understood everything after practising the vocabulary beforehand. You can see more images from children reading by clicking here.
