Here you have the three Autumn poems we have writen with the pupils of Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6.

IN AUTUMN THE LEAVES FALL DOWN 

In Autumn the leaves fall down,

red, yellow and brown

fall down on the ground. 

The weather is calm  and cloudy,

the colours are scarlet, yellow, russet and brown.

The forest is like a patterned carpet of leaves

with hazelnuts, arcorns and figs. 

When the leaves fall on the ground

the trees are dressed in brown. 

I love sweet potatoes,

chestnuts, mushrooms,pomegranates

 and the delicious flavour of the grape. 

In the Autumn the leaves

are swept by the wind

boys and girls have fun for Halloween.
