I have chosen the 11th picture, Discobole. I think this sculpture is representing a man practissing some kind of sport of the ancient greece. The model for this sculpture, was strong, he seems to be trained a lot in this sport and he had to be also handsome. In this sculpture, we can see that the model had to be posing for a very long time, because is done very proporcionated and very accurated. I think this sculpute was done to represent the winner of a competition.
Dear Paqui
PICTURE NUMBER TWENTY “LAOCONT” (HELLENESTIC ESCULPTURE)
I chose this picture because i think this esculpture is very important, beautiful, nice and has many features to descrived. This sculpture represents the death of the Trojan priest Laocoon, or Laocoon, punished by the gods to die strangled by sea serpents with their two children. The three people carved are very strong and beautiful, and all express horror and fearahead of approaching death

Athena was the goddess of wisdom and crafts.
It was also the goddess of war and the goddess protector of Athens.
The animal symbolizes is that the olive and the olive plant.
Daughter of Zeus and Metis. Athena was born to be a woman.
Dear paqui,
I have chosen the picture of Poseidon. I think this sculpture is representing a man with much power, the king, one big king.
I choose this sculpture because represent this, the power, the force… Of one king, the poseidon, the king of the seas.
He can control all the seas and was a respected king, i think this picture was the best of all.
