Use your head and don’t forget,

Your body is a machine.

Remember the vitamin alphabet

With everything you eat.

Carrots and spinach have vitamin A,

To help you grow and see.

Meat and milk give energy,

And they both have vitamin B.

Use your head …

For strong and healthy teeth and bones,

Eat lots of broccoli.

Eat kiwi fruits, drink orange juice,

They’re full of vitamin C.

Use your head …

Sunshine gives you vitamin D,

So play outside today.

Use olive oil for vitamin E.

Eat greens for vitamin K.
