The restaurant and chemistry in the kitchen

We started a new project, it’s called “Our restaurant”. In this project we have a challenge: we would like to win La Fourchette d’Or given by the prestigious magazine La Bonne Cuisine.

So first we studied that a kitchen can be a laboratory too. We discovered that we’ll always find chemistry things in a kitchen and that we can use similar things in a kitchen and in a laboratory.
