Hi dear families,
After the Christmas holidays, we started a new unit about the toys. We learned and revised vocabulary about them such as ball, doll, game, robot, car, scooter, teddy bear, blocks, bike, train, plane, slide, swing… To learn this new vocabulary we played a lot of games and we started to produce orally simple sentences like: “It is a …”. Moreover, we did an activity in the Interactive Board to check our oral comprehension because we had to circle the orders that the teacher said. Have a look at the images!

Finally, we drew our favourite toys in a worksheet and we wrote its name. P5 students are artists!

The 3rd level pupils went to sing and dance a song called “Tigers live in the jungle” to other levels.
They had a lot of fun.

The 4th level pupils performed a role play called “Quick Sarah quick”.

5th level students performed a diary of an Australian family going on holidays. The go by bike from Adelaide to Sydney.

During the month of October, in P5 we worked on the shapes (circle, square, triangle, rectangle and star). We learnt a song that we really love and did several activities to learn the new words.

Moreover, we used blocks of different shapes to make robots, constructions…

Finally, we played a game with our fingers. While the music was on we were moving around the class and when the music stopped we had to look for a pair and make the shape that the teacher said. Look what nice shapes we did!

Hi families! In P5, we did different activities to learn vocabulary about Christmas (Christmas tree, ball, star, Father Christmas, presents, reindeer, snowflake, bell, candle, stocking, snowman, decorations, toys). To practise this vocabulary, we did different activities and games.

Finally, we cut the words of the vocabulary we really learnt and pasted them on a chart! We love Christmas!

Hi everybody! In P4, during the last month of the year we learnt some vocabulary about Christmas (Christmas tree, ball, star, Father Christmas, presents and reindeer). After revising the vocabulary and doing some oral activities, we did an activity on the interactive board to practice the vocabulary and the colours. One by one, all the pupils went to the IWB and decorated the Christmas tree according to their choices. Have a look at the trees!

We also watched a video about Peppa Pig and we revised the vocabulary we have learnt, it was very fun!

Hi everybody! In P4, we are working on the body. To practise the parts of the body that we are learning, we put stickers on our body. The teacher said: “Put a sticker on your head, nose, ears…” It was a funny activity, we enjoyed it a lot! Have a look at our bodies full of orange and blue stickers!
