NASTY POMPEII I give you a new proposal

Hi Science Dream-makers,

Yesterday, I went to the cinema to watch Pompeii. In my opinion, it is a Hollywood film focus on the love story an plenty of historical mistakes.

If you want to go to watch it you wouldn’t hope a good film. We can comment at class in two weeks.
It’s not necessary to go to the cinema and to waste a precios time.

I think it is more interesting to watch the trailer of the film posted in the blog and I posted a NEW DOCUMENTARY ABOUT POMPEII to watch. Please, do it. We will work at class in two weeks.

Pompeii the last breath

Nice long weekend Dream-makers 😉

MAKING SCIENCE / TECTONIC PLATES

The crust and part of the upper mantle form the tectonic plates. Tectonic plates are constantly moving because the semiliquid lower mantle boils because the heat. This movement produce the continental drift.

The boundaries show us the tectonic plates movements: convergent, divergent and transform. Listen Abril and Gerard (6th)

MAKING SCIENCE / MAGNETIC FIELD

The magnetic field of the earth is generated in the outer core. It makes a protective barrier and shield us from sun’s damaging solar wind.
