L’alumne de 6è IVAN H.V ha estat el guanyador del concurs SENTENCE SEARCHES.
Els alumnes havien de presentar un poema escrit en llengua anglesa.
Aquest és el seu:

When winter arrives
my snowman comes,
snow and cold, too
and I can play with you.

My garden is white,
I can build a snowman
with a big hat and
some buttons in his eyes.

This is my snowman
it’s made of snow
it’s big and funny
and I love him a lot.

2n A and 2nd B grades worked on the Mediterranean project in the English classes. We worked with the story: “I’M THE BIGGEST THING IN THE OCEAN”. We learned animals that live in the sea as: squid, whale, shark, prawns, shrimps, turtle, jellyfish, crab, … We had a nice time with this story!!

We’ve to inform you that some weeks ago, two students, from 5th and 6th E.P, took part in the 2nd stage of THE FONIX 2010, in which they competed with students from all Tarragona.
IVAN HERZOG from 6th level got 72/100 points!! Fantastic!!
And ANASTASIA BARANOVA from 5th level has passed to the 3rd and last stage of the Fonix 2010 that will take place next Saturday 24th in Barcelona. She got 96/100 points!!

Last week 2nd level children had a surprise on their classes. They had a new English corner with:

– everyday sentences, photos, rhymes and also a FEELING corner where children everyday explain how they feel.
