A Webquest

CULTURAL AWARENESS AND DIGITAL LITERACY (ESO 4)

Things to do:

  1. You are going to do a webquest. A webquest is a search done on the Internet to find the missing information to answer some questions or complete a task.
  2. Organize into groups of 3 or 4.
  3. Now individually look for information on the Internet and answer the questions below.
  4. Once you have the information, get back in your group and compare your answers with your classmates’. Make sure everyone has the same.
  5. Finally write a short collaborative text summarizing everything you have learnt about the Oscars. You will read your group texts in class to compare your with their classmates’.
  6. Hand in your final work (answers + text).

Assessment

This activity is worth 10 p. (one each correct answer) and 10 p. for the writing. On the whole, 10% of the term total mark using the following rubric:
