Each person in the group should find one website that gives you information about the topic of your assignment. Use the questions on your SB pages 62-63 to evaluate if the website good, useful and reliable. Make notes. In your groups, compare what you have found. Use your good web sources to prepare a text with interesting pieces of information about your topic. Write the information in your own words but include a note of the sources you used at the end of your text.

En aquesta nova Fira d’Universitats dels EUA a Barcelona, representants de nou centres facilitaran informació sobre els programes acadèmics, el procés de sol·licitud i matrícula, així com formes per finançar els estudis superiors als EUA. La fira està organitzada perEducationUSA, el servei d’assessoria acadèmica del Departament d’Estat del govern dels EUA, amb el suport del consolat general dels EUA. Es tracta d’una activitat gratuïta i oberta al públic que tindrà lloc el dimarts 20 de març de 17h a 20h a l’American Space Barcelona, ubicat a la Biblioteca Ignasi Iglésias-Can Fabra (Segre, 24). Amés, durant la fira, es faran sessions informatives sobre els passos per estudiar als EUA o els visats d’estudis, entre d’altres.
Trobaràs tota la informació aquí, inclòs el llistat d’universitats que seran presents a Barcelona. Es tracta de centres tan públics com privats i d’arreu dels EUA.

You can take part in the Sant Jordi literary contest by writing a mini saga about a classic story, fairy tale, myth or legend. You can change the original plot, the setting, or include new characters.
A mini saga is a short piece of writing containing exactly 70 words. You can include a picture or drawing as in the sample here.

Let’s identify the structure of the poem by having a look at its parts of speech. Match these parts of speech to the 5 lines in the poem:
a) 2 adjectives. They describe the noun in line 1. b) 1 short, complete sentence about the noun in line 1. c) 1 noun. This is a synonym for the noun in line 1. d) 1 noun. This is the topic or theme of the poem. e) 3 gerunds (verb + ing). They describe the noun in line 1.Other examples:
