Podeu veure les plantes psammòfiles (de les dunes) que hem vist durant la sortida.

En conjunt la platja és un ambient molt inhòspit, on les plantes que hi viuen han de disposar de mecanismes i estratègies que els permetin sobreviure en aquestes condicions.
La seva gran especialització i el fet que només es trobin en aquest medi limitat les converteix en veritables tresors botànics que es volen protegir i donar a conèixer a tothom.
SORRA simbolitza el substrat inestable, incapaç de retenir aigua, amb contrastos tèrmics importants.
SAL simbolitza la influència del mar: la salinitat, el vent i els embats de les onades.
SOL és la llum total, les temperatures extremes i dessecació.
