Meet a man who has spent most of his life collecting books and other documents about early Australia. Rodney Davidson started collecting 55 years ago when he was a schoolboy.
It is estimated that he has collected nearly 1,000 books, manuscripts and maps which tell the pioneering story of Australian discovery and exploration. His collection is worth millions of dollars and he has decided to sell it.
L’Australià Rodney Davidson va dedicar 55 anys de la seva vida a col·leccionar llibres i altres documents antics que expliquen la història d’Austràlia en els seus inicis, el seu descobriment i exploració. Va començar quan tot just era un estudiant d’escola.
Es considera que ha pogut reunir prop de 1.000 exemplars entre llibres, manuscrits i mapes. Aquesta col·lecció, que ha decidit posar a la venda mitjançant audicions, està valorada en milions de dòlars .

Someone who owns a very popular bread store explains about all different types of delicious bread. They originally started off as a small French patisserie but they have grown to include all sorts of multicultural kind of food , i.e. Traditional German bread, traditional Jewish sour dough, French butter breads called brioche, rolls and so on.
You will also learn how to bake dough, a mixture of flour and water, into bread.
