Ahir vam anar al Poliesportiu Francesc Macià per fer la cloenda del English Kahoot Challenge. Vam anar totes les classes participants, en dos torns.

Primer vam anar les classes de 5è de les escoles de SVH  amb les classes de 1r ESO del Institut Frederic Mompou que van ser els alumnes que ens van fer els Kahoots.

Després, va ser el torn de les classes de 6è amb les classes de 1r ESO del Gabriela Mistral.

Ens van representar l’obra de teatre en anglès ‘Shirley Holmes’ i després ens van comunicar els guanyadors i guanyadores del English Kahoot Challenge. Malauradament no vam guanyar, però el pròxim curs nosaltres serem els encarregats de fer els Kahoots!

We have prepared two stories for the students of our school.

After reading and rewriting the stories ‘Puzzle Monkey’ and ‘My amazing dad’, we have prepared the plays to represent the stories!

We have represented ‘Puzzle Monkey’ for 1st and 2nd grade. Besides, we represented ‘My amazing dad’ to 3rd and 4th grade in the Library of our school.

The students had so much fun listening and watching the stories!

PUZZLE MONKEY AND MY AMAZING DAD

Last Thrusday we went to the Centre Cívic Vírginia Amposta to watch the amazing play in English: ‘The curios adventures of Jack Todd’.

We had so much fun participating in the play, because some of us even became actors and actressess!

FILM REVIEWS

Hello again!

In groups we have created some amazing advertisements of our clothes shops!

We invented the names of the shops, the logo and created with CANVA the advertisements with some models photos and the description of their clothes.

We have presented our shops to the rest of the groups and doing a co-assessment, our classmates expressed the aspects that we did a good job and the aspects that we still need to work a little bit harder.

Ja hem acabat el projecte d’Història i l’hem finalitzat amb el Forum d’Experts/es en Història de 5è i 6è.

5è ha explicat una mica què han treballat i com, els alumnes de 6è han explicat una miqueta cada edat i també han afegit el paper de la dona al llarg de la Història. Finalment, els dos grups han respost a la seva pregunta repte.

FORUM EXPERTS EN HISTÒRIA

El passat dimarts vam anar 5è i 6è al Museu d’Història de Catalunya.

Vam fer un viatge al passat per les diferents edats de la història fixant-nos principalment en els diferents habitatges i com han anat evolucionant. També vam poder veure la vestimenta que portaven les persones al llarg de la història.

Vam aprofitar per fer un petit passeig per una part del Port Vell i vam anar a dinar al Parc de la Ciutadella.

In English we have been working the vocabulary about technology and to finish our little project we needed to be prepared for a job interview!

We created our written Curriculum Vitae with our information and skills and then, we prepared our oral presentation. After our presentations, we did a self-assessment and a peer-assesment, that means that our classmates explained us what we did very well and the things that we need to improve.

We all agreed that we all worked very hard and we all deserve the job positition! 🙂
