Welcome to Mapleton, a town where birthdays have been forgotten. On the high street everyone is far too busy to stop for parties and celebrations until Paula the party planner arrives. Paula plans a perfect party for the Mayor but things don’t go exactly to plan. The baker looses his hat and is returned a rat, balloons become tunes and spoons and the Mayor’s present is not a grand table clock but an old stripy sock.
