Our school has been decorated with printed motivating proverbs and sayings that would lead children as well as parents to positive thinking, self-acceptance and tolerance.
We wanted all school visitors to get the impulse to analise their life, to act, to make same changes in their lives and finally to change their attitude in relations with others.
We wanted all to believe in their strength, potential, to take a try, to encourage one another to think positively, to learn how to show emotions and how to recognise them.
We wanted nobody to be passive, unassertive nor pliant.
We organised a competition in which students had to find such a motivating proverb or a motto and bring it to the organisers. The best and the most interesting ones were chosen to be printed. The children were awarded for their involvement with small gifts. However, the best award was the moment of hanging the proverbs by the kids themselves.
