The 2nd transnational meeting took place in Zakladni a materska skola in Svitavy, Check Republic, from 10th to 13th May.
The first day, the mayor of the city and the headmistress of the school welcomed us in the town hall. We felt very welcomed.
After that, we went to the school where a wonderful surprise was waiting for us: the hosting school made a delicious cake decorated with the logo of the project!
After the breakfast, we visited the school and classes. We could see lots of SEL activities, we could observe lots of interesting things, took ideas for our schools, and we could spend time with the children.
In the afternoon we did SEL activities with the psychologist of the hosting school. The activities were really interesting and useful for us.
Later, it was time for the meeting. We watched some activities, we decided the dates for the third meeting and we decided other things for the development of the project.
The day after, we visited Bonanza centre, non-profit organization helping threatened children and their families, and Květná zahrada, organization dedicated to effective assistance and support to risk children and their families. We spent a very special time there. They explained to us all the work they do and also how it helps emotionally the children.
In the afternoon, we went on with the meeting. We shared more activities, we talked about them and we closed all the agreements.
It was a very interesting, productive and pleasant meeting.
We are very happy and very satisfied with the process of the project.
