The spider didn’t answer. She was very spinning her web.
-“Cock-a-doodle do!” crowed the rooster. “Want to catch a pesty fly?”
And the spider caught the fly in her web…just like that!
-“Whoo? Whoo?” asked the owl. “Who built this beautiful web?” The spider didn’t answer. She had fallen asleep.
-“Quack! Quack!” called the duck. “Want to go for a swim?”

-There is a herd of elephants. Young elephants, old elephants, tall elephants, fat elephants and thin elephants.

-Elephant colour red berries. Elmer shakes and shakes and shakes the bush. And
all the berries fall on the ground.
The ground is full of berries. Elmer lies down, rolls over and over and over.
There is no more yellow and orange and red and pink and purple and blue and green and black and white.

-Elmer is back with all his colours.
“We must celebrate this special day every year.
Today is Elmer’s day”.
On Elmer’s day, all the elephants paint themselves.
-When Elmer joinsthe herd, all the elephants stand still and quiet. None of the elephants notice.

serious. Elmer wants to laugh, so he lifts his trunk and shouts …
BOOOOO!
-It starts to rain. The raindrops wash away the grey
colour.
Elmer is different. Elmer is patchwork. Elmer is yellow and orange and red and pink and purple and blue and green and black and white.
-he is sad, because he is different.
“Have you ever heard of a patchwork
elephant?

“If you insist”, said the stag beetle showing his sharp jaws.
“oh you are not big enough for me”, said the Bad Tempered Ladybird and he flew off.
-It was night time and some glow worms danced around in the hedgerow by the light of the moon.
At 5 o’clock in the morning the warm sun came up and shone on a leaf.
-A friendly ladybird was sitting on the leaf eating his breakfast. He was having aphids. Delicious!
Just then the Bad Tempered Ladybird saw the aphids on the leaf.
“Hello”, said the friendly ladybird.
“Go away”, said the Bad Tempered Ladybird. “These aphids are all mine. Or do you want to fight me for them?”
“If you insist”, said the friendly ladybird.

“Hey you”, said the Bad Tempered Ladybird, “Want a fight?”
But the seal didn’t answer.
“Oh you are not big enough for me”, said the Bad Tempered Ladybird and he flew off.
-The friendly ladybird was still there.
Oh hello”, said the friendly ladybird, “there are some aphids left. Would you like to share them?”
“Thank you”, said the Bad Tempered Ladybird, who was very tired and hungry.
Soon all the aphids were gone.
“Thank you” said the leaf!
Then the ladybirds went to sleep…
…and the glow worms came out and danced by the light of the moon.
-At 10 o’clock the Bad Tempered Ladybird met a kestrel.

THE MIXED UP CHAMELEON

-When the chameleon was warm and had something
to eat, it turned sparkling green. But when it was
cold and hungry, it turned gray and dull.
When the chameleon was hungry, it sat still and
waited. Only its eyes moved — up, down, sideways
-The chameleon’s wish came true. And it caught the
fly.
-I wish I could run like a deer.
-I wish I could hide in a shell like a turtle.
-I wish I could be strong like an elephant.
-I wish I could be as handsome as a flamingo.
-I wish I could be smart like a fox.
-Just then a fly flew by. The chameleon was very
hungry. But the chameleon was very mixed-up. It
was a little of this and it was a little of that.
And it couldn’t catch the fly.
I wish I could be myself.
-until it spotted a fly. Then the chameleon’s long
and sticky tongue shot out and caught the fly. That was
its life. It was not very exciting.
But one day………the chameleon saw a zoo!
-On a shiny green leaf sat a small green
chameleon. It moved onto a brown tree and turned
brownish. Then it rested on a red flower and turned
reddish. When the chameleon moved slowly across
the yellow sand, it turned yellowish. You could
hardly see it.
-I wish I could swim like a fish.
-I wish I could see things far away like a giraffe.
-I wish I could be funny like a seal.
-I wish I could be like people
-The chameleon thought:
How small I am, how slow,
how weak! I wish I could be big and white like a
polar bear. And the chameleon’s wish came true.
But was it happy? NO!
2014-2015
Aquí us deixem unes fotos!

My igloo is round
with a tiny door.
It is made of cold ice and snow.
It is covered with blankets and fur,
so it’s warm when the winter wind blows.
També vam passar per Tanzania i per aprendre i entendre com estasven fetes les cases de fang, vam voler-ho comprovar nosaltres mateixos a la classe!!

We smooth the mud
The sun bakes the mud and the mud becomes hard!
The mud becomes hard.
