Aquestes paraules em deixen desarmada. Sé que la intenció d’aquestes paraules no és trobar punts en comú, sinó esborrar unes idees amb les altres.

Donald Schön, conegut pels seus estudis sobre pràctica reflexiva, diu que quan apareix aquesta frase en una conversa, s’està posant una pantalla que amaga un desacord real. Segons ell, és molt difícil que la gent admeti el desacord. Ens fa por, perquè trenca una il·lusió de consens aparent. Del que es tracta, diu, és d’aprofitar-lo com una font d’idees creatives i, per tant, d’aprenentatge. Treballant colze a colze amb els desacords, reconeixent les aportacions de l’altre, és com s’arriba a les solucions innovadores per als problemes de la pràctica.
