Today, Wednesday, 28th of May all the students of the project are divided in two groups. One group goes to the “Aula Gastronòmica de Salt” to do a few activities and learn about how to cook scrambled eggs with tender garlic and “pollastrons a la catalana” (small chickens) . First, they go to buy some fresh products and then they will cook with the help of a Catalan cook, Pol Cabanas.
Meanwhile the other half of the group is doing some activities for the project such as preparing the studio for the TV magazine, designing the `project website, editing a video of the market of Bescanó, sewing the greenscreen, …
From 13.00 to 15.00 o’clock we do some creative cooking workshops with fruits and vegetables.
