On Wednesday 28th of May, some Catalan students with their German partners went to visit the Market in Salt.
We went walking there all together and when we arrived, we had breakfast before we started with our tasks which consisted in interviewing some workers from different stalls.
After the interviews, at the same market, we went to the Aula Gastronòmica where a cook showed us how to make some dishes called: Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and green garlic and ”Pollastrons”, the Catalan way.
After that, we walked back to school . We all arrived very tired but very happy because the dishes were delicious and the experience was really possitive.
