The last English activity out of  the class was an amazing guided visit through one of the longest shopping streets in Europe. Yes, we have it in Lleida! 2.4km of shops… could you imagine where is it?

Susan, a native English speaker, help us to dive for more than an hour in the history of different buildings of the Carrer Major. She discovered us many secrets of the city, we visited some Modernist buildings, the New Cathedral, and the beautiful atrium of the Ancient Santa Maria’s Hospital (nowadays IEI). After that, we were out of breath in Paeria’s underground dungeon thinking how the prisioners felt before their death. The visit finished in the symbolic monument for thhe city of Indibil and Mandoni, located under the Arc del Pont, the old entrance of Lleida.
