Unit 6: My garden inspired in Folk Art.

 Observe karla Gerard’s artworks. She’s an american artist.  She uses natural shapes,  geometric shapes and lines in her artworks.

Let’s  make a GARDEN  with different shapes : Natural and geometric shapes ( flowers, leaves, grass, tree, bushes, hearts, circles, squares, triangles…..) and curved, wavy , straight, spirals, zig zag , horizontal and vertical lines.

Art materials: pencil, rubber, crayons and watercolor.

Today, we’re going to draw spirals, geometric shapes and natural shapes ( a tree, a garden, flowers, a bush, some grass…) inspired in ‘The Tree of Life’ artwork.

Art materials: crayons, oil pastels and watercolors.
