People in Central America have woven fabric using cotton, maguey, and wool for centuries. They create a wide range of unique colorful fabrics and clothing. Each culture and region creates their own unique designs.
We are going to create a rug inspired by weaving of Central America. Each group collaborate by drawing a colorful pattern.
Remember: Patterns have repeated lines ( wavy, curved, straight, dashes, zig zag, spirals, horizontal and vertical lines), shapes ( circles, ovals, stars, hearts, triangles, squares, rectangles) and colours ( primary and secondary colours).
