In Britain, people celebrate Pancake Day. It’s the last day of Carnival.

In some places, there are pancake competitions. There are a famous pancake race in Olney, a village in the south of England. People run 400 m., throwing their pancakes in the air at the same time.

PANCAKE RECIPE

1-Put a cup of flour in a bowl and add some salt.

2- Add an egg and a cup of milk. Mix

3- Put some butter in the pan.

4- Add the mixture.

5- Toss the pancake.

6- Add some sugar and lemon.

 EAT  THE  PANCAKE!!!
