Kitchen expressions

I found this interesting video. A nice girl will explain us three useful expressions in English related to the word kitchen. Don’t worry if you don’t undertsand the whole explanation, keep focused on the 3 expressions:

1. Everything but the kitchen sink. (careful, there’s a spelling mistake in the video, instead of kitchen she writes kithen).

2. Out of the frying pan and into the fire.

3. If you can stand (take) the heat, get out of the kitchen.
