We finally have chickens in our school!
Els companys de l’Aula Oberta ens han construït un galliner i l’han ubicat a l’hort de l’institut. Hi em col.locat dues gallines i ara les cuidarem, els donarem aigua i menjar i mirarem si ens posen ous.

Activity: Can we cook without using fire?
Utilitzant l’experiment de l’ou en vinagre que ja havíem fet per treballar l’osmosi i les parts de l’ou, el tornem a fer al segon trimestre i aprofitem per treballar els diferents mètodes de conservació dels aliments: utilització de vinagre, sal, oli, assecatge, etc.. També aprofitem per introduir el concepte desnaturalització de les proteïnes.
